GirlsXC: Pay to Participate, Volunteering, Assistant Coaches
Lady Rams and Parents,
PaytoPlay (PTP):
Thank you to those of you that completed your Pay to Participate. We do not have 100% completion and going into this weekend’s competitions if you have not met this obligation you will not be allowed to participate. Please take care of this through Family/Student Access or contact the athletic office to make individual arrangements for payments. I will be communicating with the athletes personally who have not met this obligation.
Volunteering:
We have two volunteering opportunities coming up.
This Sunday is the LMCU Bridge Run Aid Station.
Our aid station is located at the Creston VFW Hall at
Time is from 7:00 AM till about 11:00 AM.
Usually the girls organize a carpooling effort so I am sure some team leaders will communicate this throughout the week at practice.
Next Thursday September 22nd we will be doing the Special Treasures XC Clinic.
This goes from 4:30 till 5:30 as a continuation of our practice.
This is a XC Clinic for special needs kids from the Rockford Community.
Assistant Coaches:
Karen Osborn has stepped away from her coaching responsibilities to spend more time with her family. We miss her already but understand her tough decision.
Helping at a number of practices will be former Lady Ram Kailie Heim who is currently an employee at the Hope Network. Kailie was at yesterday’s repeat workout and met the 2016 Lady Rams. We are excited to have her assistance and she is ready to help our team accomplish our goals and dreams!
